Got questions? We've got answers.
Can I browse activities without creating an account?
You can explore available activities to see what's happening in your compound. You'll need an account to request a spot.
Is my booking confirmed immediately?
Not necessarily. Submitting a request does not guarantee a spot. Your booking is confirmed once the academy approves your request.
How do I know if my spot is confirmed?
Check the status of your request in your Tribez account. Wait for confirmation before attending the activity.
Can I cancel or change a booking?
Cancellation and change policies can vary by activity. Check the activity details and contact the academy if you need to change your plans.
Are activities only for children?
Not at all. Tribez can bring together activities for children and adults. What's available depends on the academies and activities in your compound.
Your next favourite activity is closer than you think.
Discover what's happening in your community and find something worth showing up for.
Run an academy?
Bring your activities to your community. Register your academy on Tribez and make it easier for residents to discover what you offer.
